Mental Health
To combat the silo effect and the insular nature of department- or college-specific mentorship programs, GSMN will offer interdisciplinary networking events and year-round programming focused on holistic wellness, mental health awareness, professional development, and scholarly communication. In partnership with other UCR organizations, departments, and units, GSMN will deliver community-building events, activities, academic strategies, and enrichment workshops.

Monthly Graduate Student CAPS Chats
CAPS Chats is an informal and safe space for grad students to discuss mental health topics with the CAPS Outreach Coordinator and guest CAPS Staff. Held once a month, on the first Tuesday of every month, from 3-4pm.
