Professional Development
To combat the silo effect and the insular nature of department- or college-specific mentorship programs, GSMN will offer interdisciplinary networking events and year-round programming focused on holistic wellness, mental health awareness, professional development, and scholarly communication. In partnership with other UCR organizations, departments, and units, GSMN will deliver community-building events, activities, academic strategies, and enrichment workshops.

Beyond the Professoriate
Beyond the Professoriate is an online platform for UCR Ph.D. students to explore and prepare for careers outside academia.
Beyond Graduate School is an online platform for UCR master's students to explore and prepare for their post-grad careers.
