Since it began in 2010, the Graduate Student Mentorship Program (GSMP) has established a demonstrated track record of effectively supporting student success. For instance, compared to national rates of graduate student attrition approaching 50% and UCR rates of over 30%, fewer than 10% of GSMP mentees had dropped out over the 2011-2016 period.
